Menu Bar and Responsive

Can you check this: when you enter on this url http://www.carlosvfit.com/home/ the menu bar its working fine,
but when you enter http://www.carlosvfit.com the menu items gone in bad position in desktop,

in mobile please the jus appear 2 items of the responsive menú

please desactivate the maintenance mode to se the errors
